Michael Michael

Michael at Borders Pet Rescue

A Male Domestic short hair who is age 15 years

Not Good With Children

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Shelter Location: Craigsford Earlston Scottish Borders TD4 6DJ

Please note: initial viewings are by appointment only. Thanks

Michael is a shy but friendly 15yr old boy who is needing a new home as his previous owner was ill and was unable to look after him. He came in to the centre along with Hugo, but they don’t really get along and so do not have to be rehomed together.

Michael was originally a stray so we don’t really have much history on him.

While he was a stray he was suffering from some infections in his mouth and so has now had most of his teeth removed but he is recovering well and this should not be an ongoing issue for him.

Tam is a very friendly boy who came in to us as he wasn’t getting on with the other cat in the home or with the other neighbourhood cats, as such he is needing a home without other cats. As he was stressed in his previous home, he would probably prefer a quiet home with no other pets or young children where he can get some peace and enjoy sleeping on somebody’s lap!

Poppy is a shy girl who was found as a stray and she has come on lots in foster. She can be worried and will take time to settle into a new home but she is a lovely calm, friendly cat.She has had a lot of dental work done and only eats wet food but dont let this put you off her as we have ensured she has great health now and wont need any further vet treatment. She likes to pop out for a wee sun in the garden but doesn't go far and she loves her home comforts. We are looking for a quiet home for Poppy where she would be the only pet and get lots of TLC.

Soxx is a typical young cat who loves to play with his toys and is full of fun.He would play all day long and loves to get up to mischief. He is living with other cats but can be a bit rough so any resident cats would need to be very tolerant. He has been out for a wander outside and does enjoy it so we feel he would need access to the out doors. He isn't a lap cat and does like to have his own space and would prefer you to play with him rather than cuddle him.He is a fab, young cat who would be a great addition to any home.
