A Male Crossbreed German Shepherd who is age 6 to 12 months

Good With Children

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Shelter Location: Craigsford Earlston Scottish Borders TD4 6DJ

**WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM PEOPLE LIVING IN THE SCOTTISH BORDERS AT THIS TIME**

Please note that the rescue centre is currently closed to members of the public as per our Covid guidelines!

Milo will need several visits before he can be rehomed which is not possible due to current guidelines so anyone that applies we will take a note of interest.

Milo is a 1yr crossbreed. He is looking for a home where he will be the only pet and no young children. He needs a home that will give him the exercise he needs and also the mental stimulation that this intelligent boy needs. If he doesn’t get the mental stimulation he needs, then unwanted behaviour comes out. He is easily bored so it is important in his new home he is mentally stimulated. He does need some work around other dogs as he can react to some but will walk out with the other centre dogs.

In his new home he must have his own secure garden with at least 5ft fencing.

If you can offer Milo the above and live within the Scottish Borders please click HERE to fill in an application form in the first instance. (Please note we reply to all applications so if you do not have a reply within 24hours, please check your spam folder)

**WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT APPLICATIONS FROM PEOPLE LIVING IN THE SCOTTISH BORDERS AT THIS TIME**

Please note that the rescue centre is currently closed to members of the public as per our Covid guidelines!

We have been asked to help to relocate some feral cats. We are looking for homes on farms or stables but due to current restrictions, you must live within the Scottish Borders.

The cats will need somewhere secure they can be kept for at least 2 weeks so they get to know their new home and they will also need to be fed as they are used to being fed where they currently are.

There has been cat flu in the feral colony and so they cannot be rehomed along other cats since they may not have symptoms but could still be carriers and spread it to other cats.

We are looking to rehome them in pairs or more from within the colony. They will be wormed, deflead and neutered where needed before going off to their new home.

If you live within the Scottish Borders and can provide the above situation for feral cats, please click HERE to apply. (Please note we reply to all applications so if you do not have a reply within 24hours, please check your spam folder)

Buttons is a very sweet and friendly girl who is looking for a nice quiet home where she will be the only pet, Buttons could live with older children (teenagers+).

Buttons can get stressed out and this can cause her to have problems peeing, however since arriving at the centre she has been no problem and we are starting to reduce the medication that she arrived with. This is something that any new owner needs to take into consideration that if she gets stressed out she might need to go back onto medication.

If you live within the Scottish Borders and would like to offer Buttons her forever home, please click HERE to apply for her. (Please note we reply to all applications so if you do not have a reply within 24hours, please check your spam folder)
