Bob is a friendly 12 year old Boa Constrictor, he came in as his owner could no longer care for him. When Bob arrived he was having a poor shed and looked a bit sorry for himself. Bob has now had his first meal with us and will soon be looking for his new home, he would be best suited to a home with previous Boa experience to help him to continue his recovery.

Murphy is around 7 years old and has come in to us due to getting stressed living with another cat & children in the home, as such he is looking for a pet free home without any children. Murphy started to over groom due to the stress and will do this again if he is stressed out.

Murphy was suffering from “eosinophilic dermatitis” which is a skin condition cats can get in response to food or contact allergies or flea allergies. He has been given some treatment for this and will be going back to the vets for a checkup to see how he’s getting on.

description:**please note that we are still assessing Olly and won’t be inviting anyone up for around a week until we have finished this, however you can show your interest by emailing us on info@borderspetrescue.org**

description:Olly is a friendly 5 year old Collie that has come in due to an illness in the family meaning he wasn’t getting the time he deserves and needs. Olly is good with other dogs but has never lived with one so would need to be carefully introduced if he was to live with another dog. He hasn’t lived with children so a home with older children would suit him best. He doesn’t like cats so he cannot live with them. Olly would be best suited to a home with some Collie experience, he is very toy obsessed so would need someone who knows how to reduce his obsession to a healthy limit
