Shelter Location: various locations

This is our very handsome albie, he is an older gent who is not coping well in kennels at all. We are looking for a quiet home preferably with larger bull breed experience. He is quite strong on lead but is responding well to our kennel walkers and is improving every day. Albie is very good in a home environment and can be left for a few hours with no problems at all. We would love to see our lovely Albie in a foster or forever home very soon. An older dog like Albie should have a nice warm home to call his own.

If you feel you have space in you life for Albie please submit an adoption form http://www.anydogildorescue.org/adoption-enquiry-form.html and someone will be in touch - please remember to include a valid email address and contact number.

Shelter Location: various locations

Bronx is our handsome Mastiff boy who has come into our care through a change in owner circumstances. He’s an affectionate but sensitive boy and his foster family are working on his confidence. He is strong on the lead and loves his food so will raid the bin or counter surf if given the chance, but he is getting consistent training with his lead manners and in the home and he’s really benefiting from this already. He sleeps well, enjoys his walks and loves a belly rub. He has lived with children and a cat but hasn’t lived with a dog. He does show signs out on walks that he does want to play with most dogs he meets and as he’s a bigger boy, his fosterers are working on this with him. They are also building up both his crate training and the time he is comfortable being left alone. We’re looking for a quiet but active home where Bronx can get the attention and consistent training but the exercise he needs outdoors. He could live with older children of 8+, and we would consider Bronx living with another dog in the home but a few meets would be needed in advance of that. Bronx would benefit from someone with Bull Breed experience who can keep up with his training. Bronx is a very sweet boy who will make a fantastic companion, so if you feel you could provide that forever home for him then please contact us. http://www.anydogildorescue.org/adoption-enquiry-form.html

Rio Rio Rio

Rio at Any Dog'il Do Rescue

A Male Black and white Patterdale cross lurcher who is age 3 years

Rio was returned to us in March due to a change in his family circumstances. He had been living in his home for a couple of years. We placed him in a foster home for a few weeks and he was subsequently adopted in April but unfortunately this didn't work out and he was returned to ADDR at the end of May. Rio is now in kennels and we would love to find him another foster home with perhaps a view to foster and then adopt. Rio can be a little timid when you first meet him but he is a very sweet natured loving boy once he has made acquaintance with you. He can react differently to each dog he meets but can be frightened of big dogs, or groups of dogs that approach him and he can react when on his leash. Whilst Rio's been back at our kennels, we've introduced him to other similar sized female dogs and he has reacted positively and enjoyed their company on walks. Rio suffers from separation anxiety and can be destructive when left alone and so he will require someone who is around him a lot to continue working on this. We are now looking for a home for Rio, either a foster home or an interest in adopting home, where he could live with a friendly female dog of similar size and his new family would be around him most of the time to work with him on his separation anxiety. We feel the addition of another female dog for company would assist this. Rio requires further support and training with both separation anxiety and dog socialising. Due to his high prey drive from his breed Rio cannot be placed with cats or small furries and has previously happily worn a muzzle in public places for this reason. He is 100% clean in the home. He is a very good jumper and so will need someone with a secure garden and high fence. Rio is a fantastic, fun loving, playful, cuddly boy who will make someone who is willing to continue his socialisation and training a fantastic pet as he is very clever and learns fast. If you feel you could be a fosterer and/or adopter for Rio, please get in touch with us by filling out our adoption enquiry form which can be found here for fostering http://www.anydogildorescue.org/fostering-enquiry-form.html or here for adoption http://www.anydogildorescue.org/adoption-enquiry-form.html

Lola

Lola at Any Dog'il Do Rescue

A Female Brindle Staffordshire bull terrier who is age 7 years

Good With Children Good With Dogs

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Shelter Location: various locations

Lola is our beautiful SBT girl who came into our care through a change in her owner’s circumstances. Lola has been in a foster home and her foster family have been full of praise for our gorgeous girl. She is a very affectionate girl with that typical “Staffie Smile” and loves her cuddles, kisses and belly rubs and loves to play with her toys. She is house trained and great to walk on the lead, she stays into heel but loves nothing more than finding the biggest branch in the park to bring along for the walk. We are looking for a home for Lola that can offer her lots of love and cuddles, but still be active to take her for her daily walks as she loves the outdoors. Lola has lived with older children previously and has bonded extremely well with the foster family children in the home, so could live in a family home of older children (8+). Lola is dog friendly and is currently in foster with another dog and she is enjoying this so we’d love to see her in her forever home with another dog of similar temperament (easy going who enjoys the odd tug of war or chase around the Garden but quite happy chilling in their bed too). Lola could equally live as the only dog in the home with exposure to dog friends on walks. Lola has the sweetest nature, so if you feel you could provide that forever home for Lola then please contact us. http://www.anydogildorescue.org/adoption-enquiry-form.html

Drago Drago Drago

Drago at Any Dog'il Do Rescue

A Male Brindle Leonberger cross who is age 18 months approx

Not Good With Other Pets

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Shelter Location: various locations

Drago is currently in a temporary foster home being assessed in a home environment for a few days but will need a longer term foster. So far he is proving to be very clean in the home and fine being left alone for a few hours. He is a big loveable, puppy like boy who likes to trot around the garden. He just adores all people he meets both at our kennels and since his brief time in his temp foster home. Drago is very strong on the leash so will need someone strong enough to walk him. He loves being groomed and enjoyed having a bath. Despite his size he is very light on his paws in the home and very gentle taking treats etc. If you are interested in fostering or adopting Drago please fill in an enquiry form and his coordinator will be in touch www.anydogildorescue.org/adoption-enquiry-form.html
