VINNIE

Male

6 years

Vinnie can only be described as a character, full of mischief. He is a bouncy boy, especially when he sees his lead, so an experienced greyhound owner would be preferred. Vinnie has been in a house for 9 months and he was perfect in the house but he can be very hard to handle as he is highly reactive to all other breeds of dog, livestock etc

DAVE

Male

4 years

Dave is a small friendly boy who has been in a home previously in the Outer Hebrides but he was a little too interested in the sheep walking freely around his home. He was great in the house and great with the grandchildren, although care needs to be taken around food. Dave would be best as an only dog and he can't be homed with cats or small animals.

JACK

Male

2 years

Jack was recently returned to us after a short spell in a home. He is a young, strong boy who would benefit from an experienced, adult only home. Jack is quite wary of people he doesn't know and his reaction is to bark so he needs someone who understands this and that can help him to overcome this. He is a lovely boy and he will flourish in the right home so please don't be put off by his needs.

JOJO

Female

4 years

Jojo is a stunning friendly girl who is searching for her forever home. She is currently in foster learning what it's like to live in a house. She isn't keen on the local foxes or squirrels, or should I say she is very keen on them. Jojo retired due to a fracture to her hock and although this has healed, she has a tendency to lift the leg up if she has been running around the garden or up the stairs, which is perfectly normal at this stage. She has a sweet nature and loves people of all ages so she would probably suit a family and she prefers if someone is in the house with her most of the time.

DARIUS

Male

2 years

Darius is a gorgeous young boy who can be a little shy until he gets to know you. He loves his playtime in the paddock. He has been at a couple of our walks and he starts off pulling but soon calms down. He was quite intrigued with other breeds of dogs but no reaction. Someone will be very lucky if they adopt this boy.

LEWIS

Male

3 years

Lewis has found himself to be looking for another forever home due to a second altercation with a neighbour's cat. He was in a home for 18 months and we would love to see him settled in a new home very soon. Lewis is a lovely boy who loves people, his routine was upset after lockdown when his owners returned to work and this led him to have some separation anxiety. Ideally Lewis is looking for a home where someone will be around a lot of the time and one with older children (>13).

ROXY

Female

4 years

Roxy is a lovely wee girl, walks well on the lead. Roxy loves people and would suit being the only dog in the household so she gets all the cuddles. She has spent time in a home but her previous owner sadly passed away. Could Roxy be the girl for you?
