This lovely lad is Hasen and what a gentleman he is. He's an older boy at around 8 years old but still loves a good zoomie in the garden. This fantastic boy gets on well with other dogs and children although he would be tempted to chase small furries. He just loves a good cuddle and walks well on the lead, really he's just happy to be a part of what you're doing.Could this fantastic boy to become a part of your family?
This absolutely gorgeous looking puppy is nearly 10 months old. She is very sweet and gets on very well with the other hounds in her foster home. She is going to make a fabulous companion for some very lucky person, couple or family with older children. She is good with all children but she is just a puppy and as such she is lively, bouncy and lacking awareness of how easily small people might be knocked over. For this reason only we would be wary of homing her where there are toddlers or very young children. Cats are unfortunately a definite no. She will need a home where she can continue her training and where it is understood that those ears, pretty as they are, only work when there’s nothing more interesting going on. This is entirely normal for hound puppies and her ears will switch on with time, patience and training. One day Stella will turn into a typical couch potato but at the moment she is busy being a puppy and will love to have plenty of exercise and fun. She can be an only dog but would benefit from being with another hound, even if that’s just for play times. She can be left but would get up to mischief so would be best crated and therefore not left for long periods of time. If you are interested in Stella please complete an application form on our website.
Erik is a really super dog. He is about a year old. He has a lovely nature and whilst he needs training he is a very responsive dog and wants to please. Like all young dogs he will need patient and kind handling but he will reward your efforts a hundredfold. He can live with children but please bear in mind that he needs your time so probably not ideal if you have very young children. He gets on well with all the dogs he has met whilst with us. We will not home him to a home with cats.
