Jake is a lovely natured lurcher boy, he's quite an active and clever dog and would suit an activity like canicross or agility, Jake would be happy as the only dog in the home where he gets all the attention. Jake is doing really well in his foster home, he's a real comic and very affectionate, he is still needing some work with his reactivity outdoors but is steadily improving, anyone adopting Jake will get the most amazing loyal companion but we would be looking for his new owners to work alongside us to complete his training.

If you have room in your home and your hearts for Jake please visit our website http\://www.scottishgreyhoundsanctuary.com where you can complete an online application form or you can email us at info@scottishgreyhoundsanctuary.com or phone us on 08456439335

Flo is a high energy puppy who needs training and a lot of simulation.
She's a great dog and has come on amazingly in foster in the last few months, and there is some ongoing work with regards to her separation anxiety.

She's had a lot of upheaval in her life and will be a great dog when she finds the right forever home. Training her is really rewarding as she is really clever but she needs a lot of mental and physical exercise as she is still just a baby! She currently lives with another dog and loves playing!

Honey

Honey at Scottish Greyhound Sanctuary

A Female Fawn Greyhound who is age 4

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Pet Location: Kennels

Wow the most beautiful Honey and her gorgeous red fawn coat.
Like Loki and Moana, Honey came in from Southern Ireland having not a lot of human contact. Boy she is now one happy girl who has a nonstop wagging tail. Very clean in her kennel and has just celebrated her 4th Birthday with her kennel friends. Walking on a lead is great but needs a little help in the sniffing department. Although she takes treats nicely, she does eat her food very quickly and this is because of her bad past.
Honey is just so loving. A average size chunky girl who deserves a new fresh start

If you have room in your home and your hearts for Honey please visit our website http://www.scottishgreyhoundsanctuary.com where you can complete an online application form or you can email us at info@scottishgreyhoundsanctuary.com or phone us on 08456439335

Loki

Loki at Scottish Greyhound Sanctuary

A Male Fawn Greyhound who is age 3

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Pet Location: Foster Home

Loki is affectionate, curious and a sensitive lad who loves human attention, always willing to please especially if there is food involved. Loki has been in a foster home for a few weeks now but he is still learning that the big bad world isn't as scary as he thinks. With not much human contact before he came over to UK, Loki has had to learn everything from scratch. In the house he is a food thief and his foster family are working hard to help him overcome 'his last meal' problem (eating very quickly and trying to snatch treats). He is making great progress and he has started playing with toys which is lovely to see! Outside he walks well on the lead, but he has been quite overwhelmed by all the new sights and sounds and is very scared of other dogs. With more time and training he will learn to relax.

Moana

A Female Fawn Greyhound who is age 2

Pet Location: Foster Home

Moana is a lovely young girl with oodles of potential if given the chance. Her colouring is silver fawn and she has the cutest ears you have ever seen. Moana is Loki sister and like him, she did not have much human contact before she came over to the UK. She will need a little help with house training but hopefully she will pick it up quickly once with a loving family. Walks great on the lead but lacks a bit of confidence sometimes out and about. Hasn't started to play yet but we are sure when the warmer weather comes she will start.
Moana size is small but stocky

Neville

Neville at Scottish Greyhound Sanctuary

A Male Black Greyhound who is age 3 1/2

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Pet Location: Kennels

Oh my goodness Nev what a stunning boy he is. A little shy and nervous of anything new so his foster family must be understanding and help him conquer his fears and give him more confidence. He loves going for walks with his kennel buddies and at the minute Honey is his potential girlfriend, although they don't live together. He now take treats out of your hand very gently and he is a gentleman at breakfast and tea time. Nev is ever so clean in his kennel and he has started to relax enough in the paddock to have a little run around.

Paco

Paco at Scottish Greyhound Sanctuary

A Male Brindle Greyhound who is age 2

Contact Shelter Adoption Form

Pet Location: Kennels

This beautiful brindle boy has a loving face that can melt the heart of everyone who he meets. The David Beckham in the kennels, Paco just loves to run and play. Ideal if you have a teenager who loves football.
Out walking Paco does get a little excited at first but once corrected, walks nicely with his companions. He loves his food and will eat anything..he is not fussy. His treat taking has to be done a special way due to his over shot top jaw and to be honest he trained me on how to give him his treats. A little bit of help is needed with house training but most boys pick it up quickly once out of kennels. We feel he could live as a only dog or with others, he is just so happy all of the time.
