Tizzy at PADS - Perthshire Abandoned Dogs Society

A Female Sable GSD cross Collie who is age 2

Not Good With Children Not Good With Other Pets Good With Dogs

Contact Shelter

Shelter Location: Forteviot Kennels Forteviot PERTH PH2 9BS

Tizzy is very affectionate, loves cuddles and lots of attention. Tizzy is insecure and would benefit from a stable quiet environment with routine and not a lot of visitors. Tizzy finds new places and people a little overwhelming, she will need a kind and patient owner to help build her confidence.

Tizzy is not used to traffic and is scared of large vehicles, so a house near a busy road will not be good for her.

Tizzy had been around children in her previous home but her anxiety makes her quite skittish and as such we'd prefer only visiting children and no pre-schoolers who may poke and prod her!

Tizzy can not be rehomed with cats.

Tizzy is scared of other dogs but does come around with gentle introductions.

Minnie at PADS - Perthshire Abandoned Dogs Society

A Female Yellow Labrador Cross Staffy who is age 3

Good With Children Not Good With Other Pets Good With Dogs

Contact Shelter

Shelter Location: Forteviot Kennels Forteviot PERTH PH2 9BS

Minnie's name is a bit misleading, Minnie is in fact 30kgs!

She's a bonnie big girl but has had very little training and will really benefit from an active and strong experienced dog owner to help her with lead training.

She plays really well with big boy dogs but is unsure of other females and doesn't know what to do with little dogs! We're trying to help her with that though.

Minnie had children in her previous home but gets easily wound up around them so any children should be familiar with big boisterous dogs. Minnie can be wary of some men.

Minnie has never lived with a cat, her previous owner advises that she is very interested and has had a couple of cat swipes to the nose for being too curious!
