An experienced owner
A quiet home
Bonnie is looking for an experienced owner who have had nervous dogs before. She will need to meet her new family a few times before she goes home. Bonnie is looking to be the only pet in an adult only home.
Bonnie is an extremely nervous girl who takes time making new friends. She becomes easily overwhelmed when strangers approach her so she requires a very patient, understanding owner who will give her the time she needs to come around in her own time, but she does like a treat which can help her warm up to you. She will be best suited to a quiet home where there isn’t much going on so she feels safe in her new surroundings, and she will need to be walked in quieter areas.
Bonnie is a different little dog once she knows and trusts you. Underneath her worries she has a lot of love to give, is very loyal to her favourite people and loves nothing more than a cuddle up beside you on the couch or on your lap.
It will take time to win Bonnie’s heart but, in the end, you will be rewarded with a loving companion. She just needs that special someone who understands her worries.
