Dogs
Milly is looking for an experienced and active owner who have had nervous dogs before. She requires an adult only home where she won’t be spending anytime with children, including visiting children. She might be able to live with another dog pending a successful introduction.
Milly is a nervous girl who will need to meet her new family a few times so she can get to know them well enough before she goes home. She is wary of people she doesn’t know, especially children, so will need a very understanding owner who won’t overwhelm her and manage her introductions to new people carefully. Milly is like most labs who loves her food which will be a good, strong start to help her make new friends.
With those she knows best, Milly is very sweet, affectionate and partial to a belly rub. She is heavily food motivated, eager to please and really enjoys her training sessions. She loves to play with her toys and is very energetic so would thoroughly enjoy having an active owner who are keen to take her running or hill walking to burn off some of her energy. After a good walk, she likes to curl up in a nice cosy bed to catch up on some z’s. Milly gets on with most other dogs as long as they are polite, so she may be able to live with another dog who matches her energy depending on introductions.
It may take time to win Milly’s heart but, in the end, you will be rewarded with the most loyal, faithful companion.
