Can live with
Teenagers

Max is looking for an experienced owner who have had large dogs before and are committed to continue his ongoing training. He would like easy access to a secure garden and to be kept company for most of the day. Max could live with dog savvy older teenagers but needs to be the only pet. He requires a home in a quiet area away from the city centre.
Max is a friendly, boisterous big boy who doesn’t realise his own size. He doesn’t seem to have had much consistency in his short life and is still currently undergoing training so his new owners must be prepared to visit him at the Home a few times to do some training sessions before he is ready to leave. Although he has made doggy friends, he becomes easily frustrated when he sees them which results in him becoming very strong on his lead and jumping up so he needs an owner who will manage his introductions carefully. He is a clever boy who is eager to please and he will do anything you ask of him for a tasty bit of chicken.
Max is really an affectionate big baby at heart, and he loves being made a fuss of. He is very playful and enjoys a tug toy or anything soft & squeaky. He adores his food and likes his enrichment sessions that include a tasty filled kong.
Max will require a lot of commitment from his new family in order for him to reach his full potential but he is sure to bring a lot of joy to your life.
