Home Requirements
An experienced owner
Oscar is looking for an owner who have owned a cheeky terrier before. He would like someone to keep him company all day until he settles in. Oscar needs an adult only home where he won’t spend any time with children and needs to be the only pet.
Oscar is a sweet boy who, although can be a little unsure around new people to begin with, soon warms up quickly with the help of a tasty treat. He is very affectionate and loving once he knows you and eagerly pops beside you for some fussing. He enjoys his walks and will happily trot beside you ready to explore new adventures. Oscar does have doggy friends his own size but is worried by large dogs and needs an understanding owner who will work on his confidence around them.
Being a hairy dog, Oscar’s coat must be maintained regularly, however, he can become worried when he has to have his face groomed so requires a patient owner who will continue to work on building his confidence in this area. He loves treats and enrichment toys such as a likimat with some tasty cheese so this will help build a positive experience for him.
Oscar has undergone some veterinary treatment whilst with us. More information will be discussed with successful applicants.
